Return Policy, Refund and Shipping
If the item does not work and is within the warranty policy, please contact (email@example.com) so we can send our couriers to collect it. We will then give feedback, whether replacement or refund, once our experts have received it.
Please note that if the item is damaged from a malfunction we will replace or refund. However if it is damaged due to negligence we will be unable to refund or replace.
If we are unable to replace your item or you don't want the item anymore we will refund you. Refund payments Take up to 5 working days before funds will show in your account.
Please note no refund will be paid if the item has been opened, used or damaged in anyway.
If you do not want the item anymore we will contact our courier but at the customers expense. However if it is a warranty issue PH Toolbox will cover the shipping costs.
PH Toolbox charges a flat rate of R79-00 per item shipped. It is our obligation to deliver the goods as soon as possible. However, due to not been based in a major centre, shipping could take up to 7 working days.
